All rooms have under floor heating, easily controlled by wall mounted thermostats throughout the building. All internal doors have extra width, being 830mm wide.

In addition, there is ample off street parking.

A baby sitting service can be provided with prior notice and mutually agreeable terms.

The lounge has colour TV, with free view channels, DVD player, leather 3 piece suite and feature fire place.

Care has been taken during the renovation work for the self catering accommodation to provide a warm homely feeling. The crisp lines of warm floor tiles merge with quality carpets to give a warm homely feel, reinforced by using a mixture of new and reclaimed materials to provide a warm, well insulated, cottage with character. The bathroom has a wet floor walk in shower area and modern corner bath.

The main bedroom has a king size bed, table lamps, Colour TV, ample wardrobe space and dressing table.

The second bedroom is more compact, having bunk beds, wardrobe and draws.

To the outside there is a seating area on flagged hard standing ground with flowers and shrubs. This is an ideal place to relax, enjoying the unique views over the rugged terrain and hills the Peak District offers.
